「NPO法人世界音楽友達の会」は、登録者が第三の著作物を登録デモ音源で使用する場合、第三者の使用許可を受けるか否かは登録者自身の判断に委ねられており、「NPO法人世界音楽友達の会」は第三者の著作権にかかる一切の責任を負わないこととします。また、登録者は作詩原稿が以下の内容を含まないことに同意する必要があります。著作権を侵害するもの、不法、性描写を含むもの、脅迫や虐待的行為、中傷やいやがらせ、人種的・民族的差別を含むもの。または当「NPO法人世界音楽友達の会」のイメージ、信用を損ねる可能性があり、当「NPO法人世界音楽友達の会」に使用制限を行使させるもの。
管轄裁判所
当サービスの利用に関して訴訟の必要が発生した場合は、「NPO法人世界音楽友達の会」の所在地を管轄する東京地方裁判所を合意管轄裁判所とします。
準拠法について
本利用規約の解釈、適用については日本法を準拠法とします。

Also, the registrants should agree the fact that neither the demonstration sound nor the manuscript include something that violates copyrights, and also not including the ones include unlawful or sexual description, threat, and cruelty acts, slanders, annoying, and racial discrimination, nor something that "World Music Friendship Association" has to stop the usage of what possibly destroy the image and the trust of "World Music Friendship Association".
Competent court
When we need to file a lawsuit over the use of this service, Tokyo District Court is to be an agreement jurisdictional court of "World Music Friendship Association" over its address.
Applicable Law Governing Law
We use Japanese law for the aspect and application of this agreement.
